Is there a way to add in that you are breastfeeding? I know it burns 500-1000 calories per day but i have no idea how to incorporate that into the exercise category or any other category to track calories burned! any ideas?? thank you!

I just add 500 calories to my calorie goal and it seems to balance out very well for me0

you can log it in your food diary, adn it counts as negative calories.0

go to your food diary and add breastfeeding. I do it daily. I am breastfeeding an almost 2 yr old.0

I didn't even think about adding that on here. I breastfeed my 10month old.0

Im not sure! All I know is that its important you account for at least 500 calories so you body can produce milk properly!0

Does it really?
Wow. I've always said I'd never breastfeed a kid but if it burns calories that's entirely different! Now I just need a baby
No idea to log it though. Sorry, no help!0 -

Thank you! I have been going nuts trying to figure this out. I've just been adding like 20 min of jogging to try and account for it, but this is much better.0
