I lost a heap of weight a few years ago using MFP, i have put it back on now and looking for motivational friends, feel free to join the big me become the not so big :-)

    I'm in this boat too. As a very good friend of mine said to me, well at least this time you know you can do it because you've done it before. For me starting is the hardest bit, that happens today. Good luck to you
