I'm down 18 pounds but am finding myself less motivated than at the beginning 1.5 months ago. Need inspiration:)

    18 pounds is a great effort, if you could do another 1.5 months that would be 36 pounds...... I gave it up a few years ago, keep going and you will get the rewards that come with it

    Great job! Baby steps. We all want those results so quick and I'm learning..it just doesn't work that way. I hit a plateau and just bust through and suddenly down another 5. Keep up the good work!

    Losing motivation is really difficult.. especially when we are all so impatient to get the weight off. I helped my mum lose weight last year and she was so disappointed to be losing only a lb each week.. but she was perfectly happy with what she was eating. So I just told her.. hey - lose lb each week - doesn't matter.. because in 4 months time you would have lost 16lb which is over a stone. If you give up now, the 4 months will still pass by, but you'll still be in the same place you are now.
    That's what you have to remember.. the long haul!
