low carb fettuccine alfredo

I've successfully used zucchini noodles for my tomato based sauces but don't like with my Alfredo sauce. Does anyone have another suggestion of a good replacement?

  I use the shirataki fettucine. I like it a lot. I tend to prefer to make my own cheesy sauce though because I know how to make one that sticks to the noodles better.

  This is the best option for me. I cut the squash in half and roast in the oven misted with Pam and sprinkled with Lowry's garlic salt.

  Try slendier fettuchini. Only 8 calories per 250gms I think
