I wad doing good logging everything I wad eating and trying to work out which most of the time was at my job just working then all of a sudden I just stopped logging the meals and somehow loss my motivation. I want to log again and pick up where I left off but I think I might lack the motivation. Any tips or advice how I can do this on a budget or get my motivation?

Log everything - before it goes into your mouth, if possible. And RIDE your bike or run or sing - anything but eat when you aren't hungry. Stick with it and good luck!0

I find ways to reward myself after reaching small goals. I try not to make it food based... Watching a movie I have been wanting to see, a new nail polish or lip gloss. Depends on you personality... Food planning not just for the day but for the week make it much easier to stay on track and using the 80/20 rule helped me mentally not beat myself up. The concept is 80 percent of the time I should be watching it and 20 percent for life happens. So for 21 meals in a week gives me some leeway for 4 meals. Cocktails with the girls, a Starbucks coffee, a cheeseburger... Anyways with this concept in mind the guilt is gone and it let's me be more successful in my long term weight goals. Good luck!0
