Loads of plans depending on what you want to do... you can go into Ketosis.. Atkins is good for that, you could eat more Paleo/Primal which focuses on healthy for you, no artificial sugars.. lower carb because you get your carbs from fresh food... The South Beach diet.. I'd research them all and see what one you like the look of the best. The one you think you will be able to stick to would be the one you should go with, even if it means slightly slower weight loss (eg Paleo)
    Good luck

I'm a big fan of flexible dieting. Basically, there are set nutritional goals to hit and you eat the foods that you like to hit them. Naturally, you'll be eating a good deal of whole foods to get in your nutrients and fiber, but it leaves you the option of working in some treats too.

Here is a great discussion on the subject. Here I think flexible dieting works best is that it is very sustainable.

If your going low carb make sure you eat plenty of good fats.... Nuts , eggs etc. This will help you maintain a healthy level of calories whilst also pushing your body towards using fats as th primary source of fuel opposed to carbs

Breakfast spinach (add mushrooms, onions) sautéed in butter with two eggs and feta and salsa
Lunch sole fried in butter on top of kale mix.
Dinner salmon fried in butter on top of spring mix.
Snacks are veggies or an apple pepperoni sticks
    That's typical for me.

I am currently on a low carb diet. I usually stick around 50 grams per day. I don't want to go lower at the moment because I have an 8 month old I nurse. Here is an idea of what I might have for meals.
Breakfast- 1 egg and cheese on a low carb tortilla, carb master yogurt, eggs and bacon, almond flour pancakes
Lunch- grilled chicken and veggies, grilled steak and veggies, salad, Atkins lunch meal
Dinner-grilled chicken salad, chicken skewers, steak, breakfast meals

    Good luck
