I just tried out aerial silks for the first time during a workshop. It was so much fun! But very challenging. I'd really like to start training more and building strength and flexibility for it.
Anyone here ever tried it!?

Plenty of groupons here. My plan is to get a few more
Months of yoga classes under my belt before giving it a go. My on-my-own practice got sloppy. Looks so fun! Can't wait to try yoga in the air!!!

Hi, yeah, I've been doing it for about 10 months I guess. We do mixed aerials at the class I go to, so rope and static trapeze too. I loved it from the start but building the strength is difficult, as soon as I get one thing there's always the next trick to learn!

I have not tried it, but it is something I really want to try. I am apprehensive because I have a bag shoulder.

I have been doing hammock since October. Super hard. Great upper body workout. I am bruised and battered every class but keep going back.

I have done it, along with static trapeze and corde de lisse.

Time has stopped me, but I am hoping to go back come November!

That's awesome! Do you have any tips for a beginner? What kind of training would you recommend?
