Greek Yogurt. Find one you like with zero fat and you have a good source of protein that is fairly low cal. Another option is egg whites. They are almost pure protein.

I personally also use protein powders. They are nice and convenient.

Protein powder I usually make a smoothie and mix in protein powder. Greek yogurt or a protein bar. Those are the best non-meat things I can think of.

Edamame, quinoa, tempeh, seitan, lentils, beans, etc.

Try to get as much protein from whole food sources as you can. This page has a decent list of non-meat protein ideas, about halfway down: http://www.vrg.org/nutrition/protein.htm

Here are the non meat protein foods that I can think of: Fage 0% Fat Plain Greek Yogurt, string cheese, beans, low fat cheese or cottage cheese, and chicken and almost forgo about eggs. Peanut butter and nuts have protein too but are also high in calories if you're not careful about portions. Somehow, I'm always over on protein, but I don't stress about it cause it's better than simple carbs and I am losing weight.

Whey protein shakes....I use John Robb. It doesn't have artificial flavors and actually tastes good. Greek yogurt is also really good and filling. Eggs too.

Grill the sausages grilled, chopped and included in a salad of sweet corn spring onions, tuna. Mmmm
Quorn mince in a chilli dish.
 Quorn pieces in a curry with loads of veg
