If you are looking to log the exercise into MFP, I would log the interval of time spent walking and then log the interval of time spent run/jogging. For the Day One, which is 20 minutes, with 60 sec jogging and 90 sec walking, you spent 8 minutes jogging and 12 minutes walking (not including warm up/cool down). MFP lets you select the pace that you went and go from there.

I will be honest, when I first started this, I just logged it as 20 min of walking at like 2.5 mph (for me) because I just wanted to log the minutes I worked out (I don't eat back my exercise calories).

Congratulations on starting C25k- it helped me become addicted to running, so I wish you good luck :)

Congratulations on starting day 1! That's a huge accomplishment, and will lead to good things!

I didn't log my first few days; then i started using MapMyFitness, another free app which i link to MFP. When i run c25k now, i load up both apps, then i start walking and record the workout on MapMyFitness, then switch to kick on c25k.

When i'm done with cool down, i stop and save the workout on MapMyFitness. It then sends the data to MFP, including its estimated calorie burn.

I really like having a record of each run, including the pace and route information (although i'm careful not to focus much on pace, now; i've learned to walk fast and jog slow, just enough to keep it challenging without gasping for breath).

Way to go! I have my last C25K run tomorrow - can't believe it! I use the Nike app. to help track mine.
