And I do understand you on breakfast. I'm not a breakfast eater. I just make it up later in the day. I can have a cup of coffee and be good until 1-2pm.0

I'm confused I try and stay under my 1300 calories but eat some if not all my excerice calories does that mean what I'm doing is pointless? ??0
