Milk makes me crave everything. Cereal, bread, crackers, baked goods. Learning to let it go by using unsweetened almond milk.0

Creamy curry butter sauces at the Indian restaurant. Can easily fit 1,500 kCal onto a delicious plate. But I don't do it often, and that's what exercise is for.0

I enjoy my martinis and wine - it has become almost a norm to have one at dinner. Here lately though I have been trying to replace with hot herbal tea but sometimes that just isn't enough.0

Red Wine and Regular Ruffles Chips, I've learned to stop buying the chips but the wine is hard.0

Chips, popcorn, and French fries. Two of those I can usually eat in moderation but the chips I have to avoid. Betcha can't eat just one definitely applies to me.0

Mixed drinks, a good cheeseburger and fries... Whenever a long week ends its a craving but I have gotten a lot better at eating a lot less of those greasy Devils!0
