I've been trying to lose weight since Thanksgiving, and started at 284.
My goal has been to get under 240 (no longer Obese) by 9/22 (My birthday)
Anyway, my WI day is Monday, so I'll backfill from past data:
4/4: 259.6
4/11: 257.81 -

My short term goals:
1. Reduce my intake of soda - I am going to handle my cravings for carbonated beverages by switching to lemon flavoured carbonated water.
2. Workout at 3-4 days/week - 3 of which will include a cardio component (HIIT)
3. Diet - paleoish diet: 90-100g protein, 85-100g carbs, 25g max sugar, 45g max fat. My calorie intake will vary from 1200-1400 depending on my level of activity.
I hope I can do this!
