Hello internet-ers. I've been on MFP for a while now tracking my weight loss (104kg at my heaviest. Joined MFP at 100kg and now down to 70kg). Never really stuck to any particular diet, it just seemed to come in blips. Anyway, i got down to a weight i was happy with but the problem was i lost a fair amount of muscle as well as fat. It was when i realised this that i kind of dug my feet in and pushed back.
I'm now tracking every morsel of food that that i eat and am making a conscious effort to eat healthier as well as hitting the weights. I'm currently doing the Stronglift 5x5 although thinking of swapping to the ICF 5x5 as i feel my arms aren't getting enough work. I just feel like i shouldn't be thinking i could do a few pull-ups after i'm finished, but that could be the weight being too low on the BOR i suppose...
Anyhoo, I'm rambling. Back to the point. Hello, I'm Andy. I've been using all your lovely advice. The least i could do is say hi, and thanks.
