Short/Quick Cardio Workouts?

what are some good quick cardio workouts for people on the go?

    I run up and down my stairs haha. I will do it like 8 or 9 times up and down..3 or more times a day somedays. Walk somewhere instead of drive. A 20 minute workout video.

    I'll sneak in jumping jacks whenever i can. sometimes it's just 10 but i still think it's better than nothing

    Stairs and jumping jacks are my two favs too. Skip rope and sprints belong on the list, although slightly less convenient.

    I love Tabata style cardio workouts. Install a Tabata timer app. You can do any cardio you like eg. Jumping jacks, rope skipping, burpees, etc. Work for 20 sec as hard as you can, rest 10 sec. Do this 8 times. You can do all 8 rounds the same move or alternate with other moves.
