hey all! I think part of transforming your diet is truly finding small things to look forward to, even if they are "healthy". For me, I absolutely love fresh cucumber slices, chobani Greek yogurt, and lemon/fresh fruit in my water. What's your diet splurge?? Feel free to add me too

Didn't really transform my diet.
I discovered that I like sweet potatoes when they haven't been smothered in sugar and marshmallows. I always hated them before and it turns out that it was what was put on them. A little salt and pepper... maybe some butter...and they are great.
I sprinkle some nutmeg on my yogurt or add herbs to my cottage cheese. It makes it a bit more interesting.0 -
Protein granola in my yogurt
Hot teas, especially peppermint
Arctic Zero ice cream
Grapes tossed in SF jello mix and frozen
Garlic pickles (LOL)
Mini sweet peppers with Greek ranch
Banana overnight oats
Cottage cheese
