So far I'm adjusting to the eating. Any tips??

    Just follow the plan. Record everything. You will start to learn what to eat by seeing what fits in your day and what doesn't. Give it time and stick with it.

    I have come back to MFP after many other failed attempts. I have found that if I record what I eat, I will lose weight. This time, I have come back with a difference - I have decided to be a vegetarian (however I will eat fish), so any hints, recipes etc. would be most welcome. A bit about me - I am living in Sydney Australia and am 68 years of age, have a husband, a daughter (38 years of age), a son (35 years of age) and a beautiful grand-daughter 6 months old. The decision to go vegetarian was twofold - 1) the cost of meat is so high and 2) I have lost the taste for meat.
