Breastfeeding and weight loss

Well I am still breastfeeding my 2nd child and he's 2 won't get off boobie so I am tired all the time that's why I snack on sugar things for energy now I have piled on weight I am so depressed need support !!!

Me too! All I eat are sugary things because I crave them so much! It's so hard to try to lose weight when all you have time for is feeding your child and eating quick junk snacks!0

I nursed my son for 2.5 years and it was so hard to not constantly be starving. I still didn't lose any freaking weight while breastfeeding, which is totally normal for tons of people... I started eating Kind bars (it's basically just nuts with honey and found near the protien bars at stores. Some are sweet but they have savory ones, too) and precutting veggies sprinkled with different seasonings for snacks. Only fruit if I wanted sweet stuff, etc.
The struggle is so so real.0
