SO I'm trucking along and sticking pretty close to my calorie goal each day. The this week I keep eating crap. Too much ice cream, and cookies. I'm staying in my limit but I KNOW it is not good, and get I'm still losing. Anyone else get these ridiculous sugar cravings? Will they ever go away?

They only go away if you stop eating it for a while. I rarely indulge in sweets, not because they are high calorie but because I know I cant't stop myself! I recently bought weight watchers fudgesicles but I also eat McDonald's ice cream cones (150 cal)0

I get sugar cravings if I eat sugar.
Yes, they will go away when you stop eating the *crap*.
Promise.
If you just switch to 100 calories packs of more *crap*, you're not eliminating your addiction. You'd still be addicted to eating crap.
If you smoked cigarettes, it'd be like switching from regular to light. You're still smoking. You haven't done anything to solve your problem.
Sure you can lose weight staying within your calorie goal while still eating junk but that's not going to last as you'll never be able to maintain a diet over your lifetime.
Why not nip the problem in the bud and affect a real lifestyle CHANGE and get rid of the crap completely AND gain health in the process along with a slimmer figure. (if that's your goal)0 -
I know you are right. Im not the person that can do things in small amounts and I just feel like Im slipping and I dont want to. Thanks for the reality check.0
