Hello everyone. I'm 23 years old and I'm 166 at 5'5. I started watching what I'm eating 3 weeks ago, but started intensely counting 2 weeks ago. I also started jogging 3-4 times a week, using C25k, and the days I don't run I walk 5 miles and I always make sure I get at least 10,000 steps. I've been eating between 1250-1350. My Fitbit has been estimating my calories burn between 2200-2450. I haven't lost any weight. In fact I've gained weight. I know I should do some kind of strength training, so in May when I'm home from school, I'm going to start my barre classes again. Im in pharmacy school so it seemed like a lot to start that while I'm trying to get ready for rotations. I'm getting super frustrated and I don't know what to do. I know it's still early, but the weight gain is making me super upset.

When you start a new exercise routine, your body holds onto water to repair your muscles. That is likely the weight gain you are seeing. Relax. Take a deep breath. Keep doing the right thing and you will get there! This chart by @lemonlionheart is always helpful.

It could also be you're not eating ENOUGH calories, you shouldn't be at a negative overall calorie intake for the day. It sounds like you're working out pretty hard and your body needs calories to rock it out! And take measurements-I've only lost 3lbs on C25K (week 8) but I've lost inches!!
