I love any of the tuna creations and salmon creations packets with a salad or bread or crackers. Also with a piece of fruit. If I cannot prepare something or have leftovers from dinner I also purchase any of the low sodium low fat soups that are out there. :flowerforyou:

Have you ever had pita pockets? Those things can be stuffed with just about anything. Tuna salad, barbeque, lunch meat, egg salad. I get the whole wheat. Only 80 cals per pocket. I usually put lunch meat lettuce tomato in mine and dress it up with a little FF ranch.
  • When I was doing W.W. I would have Lean Cuisine Paninis. If you have a microwave available, there are
    quite a few options.
It all really depends on what you are trying to watch--say like Fat or Carbs, etc.... then you look at some
    different options.

    Good Luck!

I like to make wraps with smoked turkey, lettuce and shredded 2% cheese. If you use light flat out wraps they are only like 90 calories. I have to eat and drive a lot and no microwave at work.
    Good luck!
