My motto is, "Tomorrow is always a do-over day." I'm managed to lose the weight & keep it off, but there have been ups and downs all along. Try not to let a frustrating meal or day or week or whatever derail your progress!0

Thank you guys. What are different kinds of meals you eat and exercises that you do. I really need help with the food I don't like a lot of foods.0

I suggest going to the gym! When I first started, I HATED IT! Absolutely hated it. But a week into it, I fell in love with it! I workout everyday now and in the past 4 months I lost 40 lbs!! My only downfall is eating the wrong foods, but I downloaded this and I've been on the right track. I highly suggest going to the gym, it will do the motivating for you!0

If you don't have the time to go to the gym, download Freeletics. It's all workouts you can do at home, with NO equipment!! I tried it out yesterday and I had a GREAT sweat! Hope this helps!!0

What seems to work for me is to think of this as a "lifestyle change" instead of a diet. This way there is no wagon to fall off of. I don't log anymore but really got the hang of what and how much to eat. The only problem I have is that if I stop running the beer and wine calories start putting the weight back on. For food I have fruit, nuts and oatmeal in the morning, Almonds for a snack, Lunch a sandwich with some leftover chicken or meat. Dinner I have some lean meat or fish with grilled veggies. When shopping if you get nothing in a package, lots of fresh produce and a lean meat you are doing this right. Other than whole grain sandwich a lunch I have pretty much stopped eating bread and potatoes.0
