Exercise with fibromyalgia

Hey all,
I have fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis in my knees, which basically rules out any strenuous exercise form for me. But I would really like to start exercising! I can go for walks but would love any advice on toning and muscle building . Is anyone using any websites or apps that help you with exercise?
Thank you.

i think the trick to exercising with fibro is to not overdue it.
i generally use power yoga and body weight exercises. rodney yee and you are your own gym.
i find that these help me not overdue it. but you might not get the same muscle building as if you use weights.0 -
Search for JessicaSmithTV on YouTube- the 20 Minute Chair Workout and her flexibility videos work well for my sister who also has fibro and arthirtis in her hip.0

Thank you guys..I'm currently making a list of everything I come across and any suggestions and will go through them one by one to see what works for me. I tried some squats yesterday...BIG MISTAKE!! Still paying for it but it's my own fault, I should have known it would be hard on my knees.
Again, thank you!0
