Needing to lose 65 pounds

Hi my name is Lisa and I'm on a mission to lose 65 pounds or more and get my bmi under 30 I'm planning on working out everyday and really start watching what and how much I eat and most of all drinking more water and less soda. Please feel free to add me as a friend

    Hi Lisa! I have about 200 to lose! My plan is to work out 6 days a week (sunday rest day) eating under 1900calories a day. I stopped drinking soda and energy drinks last week, no cravings so far. Headaches are killer. Feel free to add me!
