Hi all! My name is Erin. I am trying to get as lean as possible without losing muscle. I have been trying for a long time to lose 20 pounds. Not that overweight but just havent been able to get back to my athlete self. Using this app has helped me so much. I have always ate great but just overate.

I'm the same way... I'm a climber, enjoy beers from time to time, and really want to focus and increase my climbing performance. Would love to lose 25 lbs!0
