Hello everyone!
After trying loads of different ways to lose weight I have now come here to track what I'm doing as I seem to yoyo about with my weight. I'm looking to lose around 3 stone ideally and get more activie. So here goes, wish me luck!

    Good luck from me too.. what are you doing this time? Calories, or just winging it for a while to see what you really eat on a daily basis?
