Setting MFP calories for eating TDEE

I eat TDEE. I have a Fitbit Blaze and have a pretty good idea of my weekly/monthly calorie burn. For the life of me I can't figure out how to set MFP to represent TDEE. Also if you have a few calories left at say the end of the week, so you tend to eat them back?
Thanks so much!

Set MFP goal to maintenance and eat back exercise calories. Adjust if necessary.0

Thank you I'll give it a whirl.0

You can also just set to maintain, up your base "activity level" to reflect your average weekly burn and enter your exercise as "1 calorie."0

Goals/Edit, and change the number to your TDEE.
I don't make myself eat calories if I'm not hungry EVER (ok I should probably say 'if I don't feel like eating anything' because I don't have to be hungry for a bit of ice cream). I just bank them for the next time I go over.0
