How many people with visible abs can see them when not flexing?

    I can. I have lots of volume in the muscles and can see them when not flexing and when I have higher body fat. Some people can't even see abs when flexing thanks to their genetics.

    I can see the ridges when my body fat is not low without flexing and the line along my obliques but need to get pretty low to see clear definition.

    I have to be around 10% for them to be noticeable when not flexing, but my top 2 remain visible up until around 14% when flexing. Still working on adding mass to my abs so that they're more noticeable in general.

    Genetics do play a huge role in regards to when they show and where. I'll probably never reveal my lower abs no matter how much I work them or how low my bf % gets. Purely due to my build.
