I need to fit in that dress

Looking for people to help keep me motivated. I bought a dress for my brother's wedding. I have until September to fit in a size 8. sounds easy for some but that will be a challenge for me as I haven't been a size 8 in for sure 8 years. I am a bridesmaid so I HAVE to fit in it.
