This morning for no apparent reason I woke up extremely fatigued... I had a normal 8 hours rest and didn't really do much other than normal household chores like dishes, laundry etc like any other day but woke up this morning feeling like a bus had run me over. What kind of healthy ways do you deal with fatigue/feeling sick etc?

If you are feeling like you are getting sick up your vitamin C intake. If it this happens regularly try taking B12. I actually take a vitamin that has B1 B2 B6 and B12, it has helped with fatigue during the day. I also take an iron supplement because I was anemic, which caused extreme fatigue. If it continues go to your Dr to get some blood work done.0

I am anemic as well, so I might need to up my iron! I take a multivitamin daily, just today for some reason I am unusually tired, which is strange since I didn't do anything out of the ordinary yesterday to cause it. I appreciate the tips!0
