So I think I need to gain a little weight back. I've been trying to maintain my weight for the past 2.5 months or so, and my weight is stable but my body fat level is dropping.
When I was losing I was doing 45 min on an elliptical every morning and weightlifting 3 days a week. I lost 25lb in about 4 months. Now I only have been doing the elliptical 5 days a week. And still lifting.
I upped my calories slowly as I switched to maintenance about 11 weeks ago. I lost 2 more pounds since then...but I've been pretty stable for the past 6 weeks or so.
But I'm still losing inches. I've noticed veins bulging on my forehead. The separation in my ab muscles slowly gave rise to a six pack. ...That doesn't just show up when I flex. My chest is bony and I can see my ribs and collar bones. Oh...and my forehead isn't the only place where I have bulging veins. My size 0 work pants are swimming on me.
I'm 5'1 and 105lbs. Seems like a healthy BMI
..but I think I need some fat back.
Especially since I'm actively trying to conceive baby #2. I just had a failed Clomid cycle. Like I didn't respond to it at all. (I have PCOS and need Clomid for egg quality...I usually ovulate on my own).
I think my body fat level got too low. I thoght I was maintaining, but I was do a recompositiion unintentionally.
I was thinking I was around 18%-19%....but I might be as low as 16%.
I'm only going to do the elliptical 2 days a week and never on lifting days. Going to eat 250 extra calories a day and maybe more on lifting days.
Looking for friends that need to gain...so feel free to add me.

Hey, I'm recovering from anorexia...for some reason my metabolism wants to be crazy too and I'm still losing eating 5,000 calories a day. All you can do really is cut back on activity and eat more calorie sense foods1
