Anyone gain weight after a bad car accident?

Its been 10 years now, but I have struggled ever since I was in a bad rollover accident. I Had to get plates and a bone put into my neck from it as well. Sometimes I think I have ptsd from it. Would like to hear some stories and talk more about mine as well.

    Hey , I did not gain weight after a car accident .
    My problems came from an on the job accident that resulted in a lower lumbar fusion in my back.
    I gained weight and now have a heart condition and chronic pain syndrome , depression , and PTSD . Trying to lose weight and need help !

    yes. The main issue for weight control is in the kitchen. My stress reliever besides biking is my pets. they do work wonders for comfort.
