I am trying to eat better and excercise for a better lifestyle. I am tired and unable to get started in the morning. Bad eating and lazy lifestyle has ruin my ambitions

    You need to set some goals. Do you have any hobbies? Goals will help you get motivated.

    You don't have to change what foods you're eating or exercise to lose weight, just start eating within your calorie parameters (MFP figures this for you). Along with that-start accurately tracking your food and make sure you're doing correct portion sizes (use a food scale ).

    I think the key to a healthy lifestyle is to make it work for you. Start with small changes like smaller portions of what you already eat and walking during commercials while you watch TV. Then as you get a routine then you can change other things.
