Weight fluctuates through the day - even having a glass of water will make it change. The only way to track it is to weigh yourself at the same time wearing the same (or naked) each week (or so I believe). I weigh myself on a Sunday morning when I get up before eating or drinking anything (but after a tinkle!).
Sorry to hear about the little girl - how very sad.0 -
So sorry to hear about your loss. Ive had the same thing happen. Its acctaully mins apart. dont know what to do about it but its not just you.0

Your weight is going to change throughout the day.. depending on when you ate, how much water you drank, if you have to go to the bathroom.. what I do for the most accurate number is weigh myself once a week, as soon as I wake before eating anything ( after using bathroom), naked0
