Who would have thought that a vacation with my husband and friends would change my life. This picture was taken in 2007 at Silverlake Sand dunes when I seen it I was horrified

After many struggles I found MFP and learned that although I was eating better I was consuming too many calories so then the counting started and the pounds have shed :) this pic was taken about 10lbs ago I havent updated it yet I want to reach my first goal of 160 before doing another picture.

    Wow, impressive, you look so young. It's kind of weird how we see ourselves, for me it is kind of like the opposite of an anorexic. I have some fine denial system until I see a photo of myself; then I'm like, "that's a terrible picture". Not really thinking, OMG is that what I really look like to the world?? You are so smart to have the realization that it was time for you to change, I am working on it today is day 16 and your story and photo have motivated me. Thank you for sharing.
