I'll give this a shot! My original goal from February was to lose 15-20lb by my birthday which is actually May 20th, but after having nearly no results for over a month I've changed my MFP calorie settings and I'm trying even harder. May 30th might still be hard, but it's possible! Even if I don't make it, at the very least I'll be closer than I was.0 -

I am new to all of this. I have been tracking for one week. I am in!
I am 5'8" and 167lbs.
Need to be 152 by May 30th.
So far the hardest part is having any energy to get the workout in. I can eat well pretty easily, but I have a four month old waking up every 30 minutes right now for some reason! Gotta get this done though because I feel horrible! I want to feel good again.
Ok I have been tracking my food intake well and had a few bad days but I am back at it. Today I weighed in at 165. I feel soooooo much better though. My stomach bloat is quickly disappearing. I feel "empty" which is new. Yay!
