-I am going to track everything i eat
-Say no to late night junk food
-while in the gym put in my full effort
-try to add in different workouts to changeup my routine
-stay happy , avoid stress, relax

I'll give this a shot! My original goal from February was to lose 15-20lb by my birthday which is actually May 20th, but after having nearly no results for over a month I've changed my MFP calorie settings and I'm trying even harder. May 30th might still be hard, but it's possible! Even if I don't make it, at the very least I'll be closer than I was.0 -
