costoc chilli

Costco's food court has a beef n been chilli (bout 2 cups) for 450 calories. However it seems hard to believe it's that lil calories because its bout the same as a salad and like i said it's about 2 cups worth of chilli. Any of u know if it is accurate?

    What kind of salad are you eating with that many calories? That's very high for salad! Sorry can't help with the chili

    According to Fat Secret, it states that 1 cup of Costco Chili is 260 calories. The serving is for 1 cup. However, if you are getting more than the actual serving (in your case 2 cups) it will be 520 calories.

    I never get it but the salad has lettuce tomato chicken the lil breads and ranch n cheese

    Never had Costco chili,but the small chili from Wendys is 170.....larger is 250.
    If you double either one,sounds like Costo brand is about right.JMO
