Workout calories burned

So MFP set my calorie intake at 2110 to lose 2lbs. per week. On day I work out how many calories should I be eating back? For example like today 2110+2015 (burnt calories )- 2561 (ate)= 1564 remaining....I have been the same weight for 30 days now. The last few days I've been eating more only because I think I'm not eating enough and body is in starvation mode. But over the last 30 I hadn't been eating workout calories back...

Personally I never eat back the calories I burn during a workout. The reason behind it is let say my food tracking was wrong or my calories burned during my workout if estimated too high then I I might end up eating over my allowed calories.
Hope this help.

You aren't in starvation mode. How are you tracking your calories burned? That's a really high amount.0

Lifetrak fit watch....it's a high amount because I'm working out 3x a day and I am carrying a lot of extra weight....it make my bf cause we both workout the same amount of time usually doing the same exercises (his usually higher intensity or more weight) but he doesn't burn as much as me because he is thinner than me0 -
