A re-introduction

Hey guys,

Long time lurker here. First joined about 3 years ago after gaining some breakup weight, and truly... It's amazing how easy weight is to put on and how hard it is to take off!

However, I recently renewed my commitment to taking this weight off once and for all. My goal is to lose 35 lbs by December 15th.

Looking for some partners in motivation and accountability! My greatest strength is that I honestly love exercise, but my biggest weakness is that I'm very prone to overeating - especially during times of stress and in social situations! If you can relate, let's chat!

    I couldn't agree more ! It is so much easier to put it back on then to lose !! I would ideally like to lose 35 myself but thinking I'll try and start with 10/15. Great post !

    Best of luck with your 10-15 goal!! That is more reasonable, and you'll get to 35 eventually!
