Hi, I have two kids. I never really lost the baby weight. I want to get back to my original weight of 120! So i have about 60 pounds to lose..I'm thinking about doing p90x or zumba or something anybody have any recommendations I don't want to get a heart attack either lol. Add me if you want be friends plz :)
