protein intake ?

Hello everyone !!
Is it safe to have 140 gm of protein per day my current body weight 84 height 6 ft

    I think it is actually hard to get too much protein. Like kidney damage levels of protein.

    Every man and his dong has a different recommendation but the more common ones are things like .8 per lb or 1g per lb lean body mass

    140 looks fine to me, not too high or too low, but I guess it also depends on how active you are.
