I need some goal ideas.

I was thinking of a reward when I reach 20lbs lost and when I reach my final of 50lbs loss. Something that will keep me motivated through all of this.

Ideas anyone?

    What's something that you really want? Some new clothes? A new piece of jewelry? A day at the spa! Or getting your hair and nails done?

    :laugh: New jeans at 20...then 50-lots of new jeans. Clothes are always motivation, right?:laugh:

    How about a pampering session for 20lbs like a facial or massage and then a set amount to spend on new clothes for your new shape when you reach 50lbs

    I've heard that for every 10 pounds lost you lose a dress size, reward yourself with a new artical of clothing. :smile: Please don't treat ourself with extra calorie foods, not a good idea.

    I bought myself a new dress and a horse!! I am half way to my goal weight. I am going to work with the horse until I get to my goal weight then have him trained and take riding lessons. That is my gift to myself.

    my reward for myself is a new dress for every inch lost

  • Those are all great suggestions! Thanks everyone! No I definitely don't want to reward it with more food.

    I do set aside money for clothing shopping - so I think I will treat myself to some good designer clothes. :)

    Clothes are always a motivation for me!! :happy:
