These are a little sketchy.. I tried to use the excel spreadsheet and I messed part of it up! So, here is the initial part, as soon as I figure the rest of it out I'll start a new thread with the new results! Thanks jdelisle for helping me! YOU ROCK!

Drink at least 6 glasses of water a day.
Either bump up your cardio 5 minutes each of the 4 days or bump up the intensity.
Keep your weights or core training, but bump up either the amount in your set or the weight
Park as far away as possible and walk the stairs whenever possible
Lastly, try something new or old that you have forgotten (the teacher in me, makes me add this one)

Hi Red Team! Way to go!!!
I have climbed 11 flights of stairs (20 stairs each flight) twice already today!
My personal trainer, who I've been working out with 1 to 3 times a week over the past year and few months has moved into my house! I'm just like Oprah and Bob Green, with my own live in personal trainer.
Except I'm not paying her. She just needed a place to stay for 3 weeks until she moves to a new job in Las Vegas. It will help to motivate me to watch what I eat (around her) and she'll know if my excuses to go to the gym are true or not. ::laugh:0
