O.K. While I was checking out the App Store, I found some cool FREE Apps...

Daily Arm Workout FREE

Daily Butt Workout FREE

Daily Ab Workout FREE

Jillian Michaels Slim-Down Solution

Daily Yoga FREE

Daily Cardio Workout FREE

Now, I didn't download the Yoga, and I haven't used the Jillian one yet. But the others I have used and I like them a ton! The Daily ones are by Daniel Miller. It has a free circuit you can do and there are real people demonstrating the moves by video. Very cool. I thought I would share because they are FREE if you hate them then you are out nothing! I did the arm one today and I kinda hurt a bit.

Free is always good!

    There's a pretty nice yoga app called Yogamazing. Chaz does video instructional yoga for specific body parts. It's also free :)

    Awesome, I'm not into Yoga, but this is what I was looking for. A place for us to share cool apps to help us out!

    I also found Workout Trainer, also FREE, but I haven't messed with it yet.

    I'm not sure, but worth a try! I was bored at the kids dog training the other day, so I was just searching the App store just looking for free stuff. I do that every so often, and I thought why not share this stuff with all the wonderful people here!
