Help! Explanation please!

                    I'm new to this app!  Don't understand why my gym work out, strength training doesn't count towards calories burned. The last app I used did take some calories off, just like the cardio does on this one. Not that I'm going to eat more than I should or stop going to the gym.  This is just a little confusing, why bother going through all the work to put your workout in the app and receive nothing for it.

            If you're logging under strength, that's really just a place to track your workout/reps/weight and not a caloric burn. If you want a rough estimate of calories burned for that workout, log it under cardio.0
