Hello! Im currently teaching in korea with no gym and im finding it really hard to motivate myself. I need help! Please join this journey with me and lets motivate each other!

I only have 30 more lbs to loose , ive lost 25 so far but , it is starting to get a little bit harder so i need to keep pushing myself to eat healthy and don't quit at the gym !!2
