    Thanks Memene. My first big obstacle was today. Company sponsored breakfast. Sausage, bacon, potatoes, eggs, fresh fruit and breads. Only took eggs and fruit. It was tough. I wish all the luck.

    Yes, it's a gastric op. It's the gastric sleeve procedure. Just started my 6 month insurance mandated medically supervised weight loss. Kind of wierd that it's getting real.
