Probably my favorite to dip fries in is mayo....soon good. Obviously not good for my waistline or health so I don't do it anymore but man is it ever good. Honey dill sauce is great too0
-
Ha, half mayo half ketchup and that explains why I'm on this site1
-
Tarter sauce
I think I'm the only one doing that.1 -
Oh yes, finally someone else that like fries and thousand island! But my goto is mayo mixed with ketchup. Yum!1
-
ice cream3
-
Blue cheese dressing!
I used to love dipping them in McDonald's Hot Mustard too, but they don't have it anymore

ketchup and mayo mixed together. Tis sublime1

ketchup and mustard mixed together! But I'll put mustard on everything haha0

Also on the mayo/ketchup train! Sometimes I add a bit of dill relish too and make my own thousand island to dip them in. It's heavenly...it's also probably why I'm fat.0

Oooh...also, feta cheese and lemon juice. It's insanely good.0

Hands down, aioli. Of course, it has about a million more calories than ketchup (which I hate), but it's a lovely treat. There's a Belgian place near me where that's the standard accompaniment.
I kind of like tartar sauce too when I have fish and chips (so you aren't the only one @Char231023).
I also enjoy good fries not dipped in anything.0 -
im def on the dry sauce (mayo ketchup) dipping burgers in that sauce is also heaven!0

good garlic parm fries for sure dont need anything!0 -
Sriracha mayo, Ranch, or plain old Duke's mayo for me!
Sweet potato fries sprinkled with sea salt and fried crisp with sriracha mayo is amazing! Best I've had is at DLux in Madison, WI. Can't wait to go back there and indulge in some of my favorite restaurants. Makes me miss it.0 -
Honey mustard
I love fries with honey mustard.0 -
When I was a kid I loved dipping my fries in a Wendy's frostie.0

Regular ketchup, curry ketchup, malt vinegar, or bbq sauce.
The best way to eat fries smothered in gravy and cheese, aka poutine, preferably from a Costco food court. 1250 cals of pure artery clogging pleasure.
Oops, just drooled on the desk...0 -

oh yea love sweet potato fries with sriracha or chipotle mayo0 -
Ketchup and sriracha.
Also banana ketchup (Asian grocery stores). Sort of sweet, can set sweet and spicy0 -
Ranch or cheddar cheese sauce are my go-tos0
-
Peppercorn gravy. Would drink it but that would end horribly. Also love malt vinegar. I tolerate mayo sometimes and ketchup is an abomination.0

For good chips (fries) I don't want to spoil them by dipping them in anything.
Wedges are good with sour cream and chilli, though it's usually sweet chilli sauce which I don't love, I'd prefer spicy chilli.0 -
Mayonnaise (Hellman's only) or tartar sauce0
-
homemade fries with cream cheese, and sometimes vinegar0
-
Chalet Sauce, Don't know if you have it in the States! Yummy.0
-
Mustard also. Mmm.0

I agree Hellman's is best! And the other fake stuff is disgusting and full of sugar. You're better to eat a little natural fat.1
