Probably my favorite to dip fries in is mayo....soon good. Obviously not good for my waistline or health so I don't do it anymore but man is it ever good. Honey dill sauce is great too

Also on the mayo/ketchup train! Sometimes I add a bit of dill relish too and make my own thousand island to dip them in. It's heavenly...it's also probably why I'm fat. :p

Hands down, aioli. Of course, it has about a million more calories than ketchup (which I hate), but it's a lovely treat. There's a Belgian place near me where that's the standard accompaniment.

I kind of like tartar sauce too when I have fish and chips (so you aren't the only one @Char231023).

I also enjoy good fries not dipped in anything.

Sriracha mayo, Ranch, or plain old Duke's mayo for me!

Sweet potato fries sprinkled with sea salt and fried crisp with sriracha mayo is amazing! Best I've had is at DLux in Madison, WI. Can't wait to go back there and indulge in some of my favorite restaurants. Makes me miss it.

Regular ketchup, curry ketchup, malt vinegar, or bbq sauce.

The best way to eat fries smothered in gravy and cheese, aka poutine, preferably from a Costco food court. 1250 cals of pure artery clogging pleasure.

Oops, just drooled on the desk...

Peppercorn gravy. Would drink it but that would end horribly. Also love malt vinegar. I tolerate mayo sometimes and ketchup is an abomination.

For good chips (fries) I don't want to spoil them by dipping them in anything.

Wedges are good with sour cream and chilli, though it's usually sweet chilli sauce which I don't love, I'd prefer spicy chilli.

I agree Hellman's is best! And the other fake stuff is disgusting and full of sugar. You're better to eat a little natural fat.
