Anyone else doing the Shred? I'm on day 9 and needing encouragement. I started a discussion on the challenges board but no one has replied since day one ... Maybe I didn't do it right, I don't know. But I've been really having to push myself to get up and do the stupid video!

You are NOT getting bulky, okay? It's water retention in the muscles- this needs to happen to protect and heal your muscles. No way you're bulking. It is impossible for a women to bulk when they're lifting very light weights and eating at a deficit. Heck, it is hard for women to bulk if they're eating a lot and lifting very heavy. Relax. I think it is a shame that you stop working out because you think that you're 'bulky' and don't seem to understand that it's just temporary fluid retention in your muscles. Don't stop working out for that reason...it's kind of silly. Please stop spamming the board with this repetitive question that you've already received answers to. Read those answers. People take their time to respond to you, and you just ignore them. That's rude.0 -

hey thank you i didn't know that's why i asked and i was concerned... no spaming intentionally. . am new on MFP and i want to get toned and lean for my wedding so that's why was lil worried ..0
