It says it's 2g net carbs.

    That would depend on:
    • If you're doing net carbs or total carbs
    • What your net/total carb limit is
    • If you're okay with whey protein
    • If you're okay with artificial sweeteners.

While it's probably technically okay, much of that depends on how you are personally approaching a ketogenic diet.

It's a candy bar so, no, it's not really keto friendly but depending on your carb limit it can still fit. Personally, I prefer fruit or nuts but I could easily fit in a smallish candy bar instead and still be in ketosis more often than not.

Experiment and see how you make out.

P.S. If you're having cravings for sweets check that you're getting enough fat and calories.

Yes, but be careful with portions until you know how your body reacts to malitol. For some, it is fine. For others, it is a bathroom nightmare.

Looks like a low cost clone of an Atkins product with a similar name.

2g net shouldn't be a problem. Although it's advised to get all your carbs from veg and salad, you have to have a little treat sometimes to make you feel good. There is a lot worse out there!

My only concern would be the amount of carbs that come from sugar and sugar alcohols. But, as they say, if it fits your macros!
